Ingredients for fry ground fish curry:
Fish-1/2 kg Coconut-1 Cup Pepper-2 tsp Asafoetida-1/2 tsp Dry Chilly-6 Coriander-3 tsp Tamarind -1 Cup Sesame Oil-3 tbsp Small Onion-10 Curry Leaves-5 Bunch Garlic - Whole Piece Dry Ginger-1 Inch Piece Oregano-2 tsp
Procedure to make fry ground fish curry:
1. Wash and clean the fish. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add pepper and let to splutter. Then add dry chilly, coriander and fry them for 2 minutes. Then add onion, 10 flakes of garlic, curry leaves and saute for 3 minutes and then add grated coconut. 2. Allow medium flame till the coconut get golden color and then add grinded dry ginger, oregano and asafoetida. Allow simmer till the coconut get thick golden color and grind them well. Then add tamarind juice and salt together with grinded paste and check the taste of salt and spicyness. 3. Then add fish pieces, remaining garlic and allow to boil well. When boiled well and smell starts, remove from flame.
