Shark Garlic Curry | ||||||||
Ingredients for Shark Garlic Curry : Shark - 1/2 Kg, Garlic - 3, Curry Leaves - Little, Coriander Leaves - Little, Tamarind Extract - 1/4 Cup, Coriander Powder - 3 Tsp, Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp, Oil - 1 Tsp, Mustard - 1 Tsp, Tomato - 200 g(Chopped), Green Chilies - 2, Salt - as needed, Fenugreeks - 1/2 Tsp, Onion - 200 g(Chopped), Pepper Powder - 3 Tsp, Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp, Chilly Powder - 2 Tsp. Method to make Shark Garlic Curry : 1. Heat oil in a frying pan then add mustards, fenu greeks, curry leaves and saute it well. Then add the chopped onions along with them. And fry them well. Then add garlic, tomatoes, chilly along with them and fry well. 2. After it got fry then add shark fish pieces. Allow it to fry for few minutes. Add some water to boil to boil. Then add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and tamarind extract then add pepper powder, cumin powder and salt along with them. Allow it to boil well. When masala green smells out and it gets thick. Garment with coriander leaves. Then turn off the stove. Shark Garlic Curry is ready to eat. |
